1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Rentzy platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a tenancy or rental arrangement to transact on the platform.
3. Bookings, payments and fees
Bookings, rent, deposits, token advances, penalties and settlements are processed according to the terms shown at the time of the transaction and the applicable property agreement. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Taxes are applied as required by law.
4. Identity verification
Where KYC is required by law or by a property operator, you agree to provide accurate identity documents. We process these in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Operator responsibilities
Property operators and owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for their compliance obligations, and for lawful handling of resident data they access through the platform.
7. Liability

8. Termination
